The Opportunity\n\nYou’ll join a market‑leading, innovation‑driven manufacturer with a reputation for quality, reliability and technical excellence. This role is perfect for someone who understands the dynamics of social housing frameworks, asset management, main contractors , and possibly new-build developers, and who thrives on building long‑term, strategic relationships.\n\nYou’ll be the face of the business in your region, identifying opportunities, shaping specifications, and securing major supply partnerships.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Business development strategy — Grow market share across social housing providers, local authorities, housing associations and new‑build developers\n\n * Client relationship management — Build strong relationships with procurement teams, asset managers, contractors and installation partners\n\n * Framework and tender engagement — Identify, influence and secure positions on key frameworks and long‑term agreements\n\n * Project pipeline growth — Develop and manage a robust pipeline of refurbishment and new‑build opportunities\n\n * Cross functional-collaboration — Work closely with estimating, technical and operations teams to deliver accurate proposals and excellent service\n\n * Market Intelligence — Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and sector developments to inform strategy\n\nAbout You\n\nYou’ll excel in this role if you combine sector knowledge with a proactive, relationship‑driven approach.\n\n * Social housing experience — Strong understanding of social housing procurement routes, frameworks and compliance\n\n * Construction or fenestration background — Experience in windows, doors, glazing or wider building products\n\n * New‑build exposure — Knowledge of developer and main‑contractor supply chains (desirable)\n\n * Commercial acumen — Ability to influence decision‑makers and negotiate effectively\n\n * Self‑driven mindset — Confident working autonomously while contributing to wider business goals\n\n * Strong communication skills — Comfortable presenting, pitching and building trust at all levels\n\nWhat’s on Offer\n\n * Competitive salary + performance‑related bonus\n\n * Company car or allowance\n\n * Supportive, well‑established manufacturer with a strong market reputation\n\n * Opportunity to shape growth in a high‑demand sector\n\n * Long‑term career progression within a successful, expanding organisation.\n\nPlease send CV in the strictest confidence
