Multi Trade kitchen fitter needed for a Maintenance Contractor undertaking panned upgrades on local authority properties.\n \nResponsibilities:\n\nAbility to undertake Kitchen fitting, Carpentry, plumbing and other trades tasks at a multi skilled level\nProvide a high-quality service to customers and maintain a good customer relationship\nDaily jobs will include Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, decorating.Requirements:\nHave knowledge of the materials and methods used in the building and maintenance industry.\nFull current driving license. \nCompetent to complete a wide variety carpentry, plumbing and other trade tasks at multiskilled level\nDemonstrable experience with a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across a variety of properties\nMinimum NVQ level 2, or time served experience in either carpentry, masonry and/or plumbing with proven competency in non-core trades.\nExperience of working as part of a trade team delivering to tight timescales\nFull Driving licence (clean)\nAbility to undertake physically demanding work\n If you feel that this role is suitable for you then please call Russell Freeman on (phone number removed).\n\nRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
