As a business they work in the Construction Design and Build Market delivering large Commercial, Mixed use and residential schemes in flagship destinations.\n\nResponsibilities for Commercial Manager \n\nCommercially responsible for all matters on a £100 Million + project.\nManaging Customer and Consultant Relationships\nLead Commercial strategy including procurement, tendering, negotiation and subcontract documentation\nMinimise Commercial risk\nLead change Management including client change, scope variations and programme changes.\nLeading Tender Presentations, interviews, and negotiations with client\nDevelop and deliver the PCSA agreement, through to delivery and final accounts\nManage an existing team of Quantity Surveyors\n\nRequirements for Commercial Manager \n\n10+ Years experience within Construction commercial position with a Main Contractor\nGood Communication skills\nStrong knowledge of contract and Commercial Law with ability to deliver projects\nDegree qualified in relevant discipline\nExperience of JCT Form of contract\nTeam leadership, planning and time management skills.\nAbility to build strong relationships. \n\nWhat we offer for Commercial Manager \n\nWith over a Billion worth of assets, our client is a well-known, financially solid company that develop and support their staff with many long serving members. With this scheme being due to be live on site, the project will run through with completion within the next 2 years. For this role you will work report into a Senior Commercial Manager and look after a team of 5 Surveyors.
