Customer Sales Advisor\n\nPermanent, Full-Time\n\nBirmingham\n\n£26,500 + bonus\n\nMonday-Friday with weekends on a rota\n\nTraining in London (Travel and accommodation provided)\n\nDo you have a retail and customer service background, keen to progress your career?\n\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a successful business with opportunities to develop through the business, utilising your sales and customer service expertise.\n\nYou will be responsible for assisting customers face-to-face, over the phone and via email to discuss their requirements and offer effective solutions. You will up-sell additional products and services where possible whilst dealing with enquiries and converting them to orders.\n\nDescription of the role:\n\nDealing with sales enquiries over the phone, via email and face-to-face.\nPromoting products and services to both new and existing customers.\nMaintaining a clean and tidy environment for all customers and staff.\nCompleting all administrative duties and providing back office support.\nWorking as a team to achieve targets. \n\nAbout you:\n\nExperience of working within a customer service/sales environment.\nAbility to communicate with customers via various channels.\nEffective up-selling skills and able to work to targets and SLAs.\nIT literate including Microsoft Office with the ability to pick up new systems.\nThe role will involve some lone working and key holder responsibilities.
