We are in search of an eager and newly qualified teacher to fill the role of an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Working with Academics as an ECT is a great opportunity, for you, as a newly qualified teacher to gain more experience and confidence in the classroom.\n\nThis role would be fit for an individual who is looking for the flexibility of supply but also would be open to working for a number of different schools across Birmingham.\n\nAs an ECT you will be expected to: \n\nDeliver appropriate and engaging lessons for all abilities \nEnsure that classroom rules and routines are followed \nWork in collaboration with other teachers and teaching assistants to support the students\nDisplay an eagerness and commitment to professional developmentEarly Career Teacher (ECT) Requirements: \n\nQualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent\nA great and relevant understanding of the Key Stage 1 & Key Stage 2 curriculum \nEnhanced DBS (must be on the update service)\nWillingness to complete relevant training continually when needed If you're an ECT looking for an opportunity and this advert interests you, please do not hesitate to contact Alina Butt at Academics Ltd on (phone number removed) or alternatively apply through this advert
