Employment Solicitor

We are currently recruiting for an Employment Solicitor on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Birmingham.\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse client base.\nMain duties include:\n• Advising clients on a range of employment law matters\n• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to conclusion\n• Providing advice on disciplinary and grievance matters\n• Advising on TUPE, redundancy and restructuring projects\n• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements\n• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships\nThe successful candidate will have:\n• Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales\n• Experience handling employment law matters\n• Strong communication and client care skills\n• Excellent drafting and organisational abilities\n• The ability to work independently whilst also contributing to a wider team\n• A proactive and commercial approach\nThis position offers high-quality work, excellent career progression opportunities, hybrid working and a competitive salary and benefits package.\nWe aim to respond to every applicant.
