You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of servicing, maintenance, repair, and commissioning of pool and hydrotherapy systems.\n\nKey responsibilities include:\n\nDelivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a national portfolio\nDiagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs on plantroom systems\nServicing, commissioning and upgrading filtration, dosing, and circulation equipment\nConducting water quality testing and ensuring compliance with industry standards\nSupporting refurbishment and installation projects\nProducing accurate service reports, risk assessments and maintenance records\nBuilding strong relationships with clients, site teams and stakeholders\nIdentifying additional works and improvement opportunities\nSupporting and mentoring other engineers within the team\nEnsuring all work is completed safely and in line with legislationYou will also contribute to the wider service function, supporting operational efficiency and maintaining high service performance standards.\n\nAbout You We're looking for a confident, self-motivated engineer with strong technical capability and the ability to operate independently across multiple sites.\n\n You will ideally have:\n\nProven experience working on pool and plantroom systems\nStrong knowledge of water treatment, filtration, dosing and circulation systems\nA mechanical or engineering qualification (or equivalent experience)\nPWTAG Pool Plant Operator certification (highly desirable)\nIOSH Working Safely (or equivalent H&S awareness)\nIPAF and PASMA (desirable)\nFull UK driving licenceJust as important are your personal qualities:\n\nProfessional, customer-focused and solutions-driven\nStrong communicator with the ability to build relationships on-site\nProactive and committed to high standards of workmanship\nA team player who supports and uplifts othersWhy Apply?
