Reliability Engineer\n\nFMCG Manufacturing\n\nMonday – Friday Days\n\nOverview - Reliability Engineer\n\nA leading FMCG manufacturer is looking to hire a Reliability Engineer at their lead manufacturing site and is ready to speak to people right away. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be a key part in ensuring peak performance is achieved and maintained on site.\n\nFor someone who wants to make a real impact on performance and be part of a world-class engineering environment, this is a strong opportunity.\n\nResponsibilities for the Reliability Engineer\n\nDeveloping and implementing planned maintenance programmes to minimise equipment downtime and prevent failures\nApplying root cause analysis and advanced fault-finding to improve MTBF and MTTR metrics.\nWorking with other teams and functions on site to drive continuous improvement across the whole engineering department.\nSupporting the engineering department's strategic vision for energy, equipment and asset care\nCreating SOPs and sharing engineering knowledge across the wider team\n\nRequirements for the Reliability Engineer\n\nNVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline (or time-served apprenticeship)\nProven experience in a reliability or maintenance role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment\nStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, ideally within FMCG\nExperience with PLCs, MMI and SCADA systems\nConfident working cross-functionally and communicating at all levels\n\nIf you're interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
